The only thing I could find was that it's between the I-15 and I-215 in the vicinity of the fires about two weeks ago. Still looking, here a map.

One other thing about the suitcase left at the Home Depot in Murietta. If it was a test they learned that no one did anything about it for 3 hours.
Wasn't one of the other suitcases left a few days ago at another Home Depot or something like it?
