The new headline today about how the US-led war on Iraq is far from countering terrorism and has helped revitalise the Al-Qaeda terror network was put out by the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS). I went to the IISS website

http://www.iiss.org

to see if I could find more information, and what I found was interesting. It is registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee and is a charity governed by councils made up primarily of French, German, and libs. The Mission statement sounds like it was written by Hillary.

I may very well be incorrect in my impression, but the headline basically states that Bush (Iraqi war) revitalised al Qaeda. snipped - "If Iraq fails, or reverts to a dictatorship, positive recent developments may fade... the U.S. would be seen as an unredeemed aggressor," the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) said in its annual global survey. And "Al-Qaeda remains a viable and effective "network of networks" and has been galvanised by the war in Iraq, according to the London-based think tank, the International Institute for Strategic Studies.?"

By putting this press release out to the media, I see it as the perfect setup to blame Bush when terror strikes.
