Again the Pomham Rhode Island lighthouse pops. I'm seeing dots:
Boaters rescued by E.P. Fire Department

EAST PROVIDENCE -- Four men who were stranded in a disabled motor boat on Narragansett Bay Thursday night were rescued safely by the East Providence Fire Department.
An East Providence Fire Department spokesman said that around 8 p.m., an emergency call came in from one of the men on a cell phone to report that the small vessel had lost its power and was drifting. The boaters said they thought they were near the Pomham Lighthouse, but they were actually much further south, near Bristol, said the spokesman.
According to the spokesman, a language barrier, plus darkness and fog hampered the search.
However, approximately 30 to 40 minutes later, the East Providence Fire Department's rescue team located the lost boaters and towed them to Lavins' Marina in Barrington. No one was injured.
The Fire Department declined to identify the men.
The East Providence Harbormaster and a rescue boat from the Cranston Fire Department joined in the rescue efforts.
