I'll bet she tried it on with inside lighting and didn't bother to look at it in different lighting.

I'm sure she knew exactly what it looked like. Anyone who wears something like that is looking for the full impact! I'll just bet that Daddy approved....he needed a way to get his name back in the news.

Hmmmm... I don't think this is a lighting issue. That dress looks very sheer. It may have been less obvious in dimmer light, but I suspect if you put your hand up to that material, you'd have seen right through it even indoors. It's awfully hard to think this was inadvertent....
