I'm writing the sequel to this novel. It will be called "Domestic Enemies," and is set about 2010-2015. EF&D was a major undertaking, and so will Domestic Enemies be a major undertaking. You can read the first 20 chapters of EF&D online, if you want to know if I can write. Just click the cover.
Also, I wouldn't sell "grumbling on this website" short. If you read or hear someone calling Allah Akbar the "Muslim call to murder" in a few months, you will know that was me at work, in the background. Or if you read "Heil Hitler equals Allahu Akbar," or "Mein Kampf = Mein Koran," you will also know where that came from. Don't discount the power of nugget-sized ideas to move a debate.
