rough day?
Whew!! We have IRS issues -- their fault -- with one of our employees. They screwed up entering information to the tune of $1900 and are telling her she owes $800. (HUH??) And to top it off, they're telling me that I have to file an ammended 1099, even though there ws no 1099 filed in her name in the first place in the year in question -- it was their mistake -- they entered it in the wrong year! GRRRR!! So I'm a little stressed over that -- I hate feeling like I might have done something wrong. BUT after about 3 hours of intense searching we finally figured out all that. Now to convince the IRS that they are wrong. Wish us luck! LOL!!!
