Small plane crashes at RDU; no word on passengers
The Associated Press
MORRISVILLE, N.C. -- A small aircraft crashed short of a runway at Raleigh-Durham International Airport on Sunday night, a spokeswoman for the Federal Aviation Authority said.
A Beech Bonanza registered to a Raleigh company, FCA Inc., crashed at about 9:15 p.m. on approach to the airport, according to FAA spokeswoman Kathleen Bergen in Atlanta.
The aircraft had taken off from Wilmington, she said. There was no word on the number of passengers aboard the single-engine plane, which can carry four to six people, or their conditions.

Can somebody add small plane in the title or take out of breaking news?

I remember reading a thread about a month ago, about a crashed plane where the pilot apparently walked away.
Texas, I think.
Anyone got a follow up on that?
Did they ever find out who the pilot/thief was?
