Another funny moment from Meet the Depressed.

Russert: Sen. McCain, will you be Kerry's running make.

McCain: I would like to have the camera move over to a palm tree first.

All laugh.

You are seeing the Republicans that the shows want to invite, not necessarily the ones the Republicans would like to put forth.

True but it probably doesnt help when the other Republicans turn them down and refuse to appear because nobody but liberals watch the show or because they want to go home and campaign or slop up some more liquor.

Maybe when he figures it out, he'll get upset. In the meantime, it's good TV.

Drudge is great at headlines:

Doesn't Biden have anything else to do on Sundays?

Having seniority on important Senate committees plays a big role. He wouldnt be on if tax cuts or some other issue drove foreign affairs off front page.

Emily will be looking for a new job. If Powell wanted to end the interview he could have. He does not dodge questions. I think it was more of a slight delay in the audio causing the problem. Not a big deal IMO.

Eric Shawn interviewing a man who says there was a chemical warhead on the train that blew up last month in N. Korea. Says it turned out to be empty. The expert is saying AGAIN that the WMD's from Iraq are IN SYRIA!

Even more important than "Who is Emily", is when did she start to work for the State Department? If it was before 1/20/01, that explains much....

Why do the RATS continute to insist on trying to draft Cpt. Queeg (McCain) for their ticket?

Just switched over to Fox News Channel to see a video of what looks like a scene from Titanic.

Now they are replaying Biden's comment from Meet the Depressed about McCain should be Kerry's VP choice.

1) to suck up to McCain??

or

2) Give Kerry some cover and get the story off of him about not picking a VP yet?

J.D. Hayworth has been on local AZ talk radio, and has discussed the "stomach stapling" type surgery he had. He said it was very successful and that he feels great!! He sounded strong and animated, as usual!

We love him here!

"Drudge must be reading this thread."

If that's true...C'Mon Matt show yourself and give us your take on the sunday talk shows!

Mo1 Maybe they think that McCain will add credibility to the ticket when they start ad nauseum again about a "Highly decorated Vietmnam vet." This time when they say it...if McCain was on the ticket it wouldn't be a LIE!
