I dont believe the conspiracy thing.
Art has little patience with Richard H. also. If you listen to Art carefully you can tell what he thinks is hooey and not. He did say earlier that his book is being taken out of context.
He said the book is about possible events that may have been influnced by our affect on the envoronment.
Sure....
From the dedication page of The Coming Global Superstorm:
"To my fellow humans who will libe to see man's handiwork unfold as nature returns balance to the planet - Art Bell"
From the jacket:
"[book] is a careful and impressively researched examination of the best of modern environmental science in the most compelling and necessary book of the millennium."
I said he was changing his tune to "science fiction".
That is not how the book was portrayed.
It's a lousy read too. Had to force myself to skim the last third. I couldn't take it any more. I've stated before
it reads like the interludes in a Clive Cussler novel. When Cussler's having a writing block. But it's whole book, not
a break between the action.
I picked up "Superstorm" at B&N last year, used hardcover. And I was there Friday, but didn't go for Hoaxie's book (one copy, used, $8).
