What we do for our sons as their address of record is my address is have it sent to us well in advance and then forward it to them. If its not received by the end of Sept we call the County Elections Board and light a fire under them. The military should have the application for absentee ballots, but most do not for what ever reason.

BTW, here's a word of warning for those sending absentee ballots from overseas. Do not send your ballot back by "friendmail" ( the next person coming back to the states ) for them to drop in a US box. The local postmark is all the Democrats need to get a ballot thrown out. The Florida Dem Clymer lawyers wouldn't say that they had any like that, but they did say they were looking out for ballots where the postmark didn't match the address.
