A statement was released on Friday, May 14th by the Clearwater Police Department stating that they found NO evidence of criminal activity, NO indication of attempted criminal activity, and no harm done to Mrs. Schiavo, stating that the investigation has concluded.

The police report also included that the two aides who were on duty on the day the incident happened, had told the nurse on duty that the marks on Terri's arm were on her arm before the Schindler's had visited that day.

The charge nurse who had called Michael to report the marks, had told Michael Schiavo that the aides had reported that the marks were there before Bob and Mary had visited.

The police detective also had found other caps such as the one that was reported by attorney George Felos of Dunedin, Florida as suspicious, in other enteral irrigation tubing packaging.

LAST EVENING AFTER 48 LONG AND VERY EMOTIONAL DAYS OF THE SCHINDLER'S NOT BEING PERMITTED TO SEE THEIR DAUGHTER, THE SCHINDLER'S EXCITEDLY DROVE TO PARK PLACE TO BE REUNITED WITH TERRI.

UPON THEIR ARRIVAL, THE NURSE RANG MICHAEL SCHIAVO TO ASK IF IT WAS OKAY FOR THE SCHINDLER'S TO GO IN TO SEE THEIR DAUGHTER. MICHAEL SCHIAVO TOLD THE NURSE TO TELL THEM... "NO"!

Although no criminal activity was concluded, the Schindler's are now forced to wait and see their daughter until a decision is made on the 26th of May when an emergency hearing is scheduled to be heard in Judge Greer's court for restoration of visitation.

BASED ON ALL OF JUDGE GREER'S PREVIOUS BIASED RULINGS IN FAVOR OF MICHAEL, ONE CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT THE OUTCOME OF THAT HEARING WILL BE!

Felos threatened any and all doctors or medical centers in the area that they would be slapped with a lawsuit if they intervened (did their job) to save Terri's life by obeying a state law, Terri's Law. His law partner DEBRA BUSHNELL, wrote those letters and Bushnell was also present at Morton Plant Hospital watching the staff there like a hawk.

The hospital relented after a member of the US Congress threatened to pull their funding.

We had people there who were afraid for their lives who tailed the ambulance from hospice to Morton Plant Hospital & used their cells to give us a play by play. Pat Anderson concurrently was holding a press conference confirming same that Morton Plant Hospital refused to admit Terri "for hours".

After they finally admitted Terri, when it was time to re-insert the tube, DOCTORS REFUSED TO DO SO and it too awhile for them to find a doctor to do that.

Yes, it would be helpful to contact "the media". I think Michael Savage is appalled at Terri's situation, Greta - kind of, definitely newsmax.com is covering this too...

What would really benefit Terri would be if A HIGHER UP at Free Republic would grant Terris Fight.org BANNER SPACE on the home page at Free Republic. I know how much it would mean to the foundation. Linda Tripp has a defense fund banner on the front page. Why not Terri's Fight? If you can research that out, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, FV

Rock of Gibraltor - definitely. They've been to hell and back numerous times in the past 13 1/2 years. Prayers continue for them and Terri's brother and sister.

I haven't done specific research on that topic, but the Hemlock Society is very well connected. They pretty much have their fingers in every pie on the planet.

Just a side note for anyone out there who doesn't understand the nature of insurance companies.....I was denied life saving surgery by my HMO.

They would have rather had me die than pay for the surgery. I talked to many people who worked for that HMO. Not one of them had the least bit of concern or remorse for the fact that their organization almost caused my death.

Insurance companies are powerful and greedy. Don't think for a minute that they have not already projected the amount of money euthanasia will save them in the future.

Thanks for the link. I hadn't seen that yet re: the hospital but I know that Terri was outside in the parking lot on the gurney for quite some time, physician after physicial refused to put the g-tube back in but eventually one did and after Felos told the family they could come to Morton Plant Hospital to visit Terri, TERRI WENT MISSING.

The family was frantic because not even Morton Plant Hospital would advise them that Terri was on route back to Hospice. YES, IMO, MORTON PLANT HOSPITAL's physicians and even the ER's hands are unclean. Debra Bushnell shadowed the doctors.

BACKING UP TO OCTOBER 13, 2004, the other sickening thing was that when Terri was being starved-dehydrated, Michael's future mother-in-law was parked in Terri's room. It was a new family affair all the way around.

There could be at least fifty books and they'd all be different. It's no wonder I am so tired this evening. Terri's parents and bro and sister were just on local evening news. What a strong family and it's day 49. Felos said on tv that "Terri needed to be guarded from them." What a evil man he seems to be in every way.

The U.S. Govt. funds Morton Plant Hospital for one thing. They're medicare-medicaid approved. BIG BUCKS FROM UNCLE SAM.
