actually, the gays want marriage to undercut, not to support, the institution of marriage . . .

actually they are not. Given the high breakup rate for homosexuals and the fact that they are in relationships for less than a two years, there is very little for lawyers to consider. The real issue and bigger payoffs for lawyers in divorce is when children are involved, not an issue with homosexuals, and when there is long term and substantial monies.

A homosexual marriage can be dissolve with a do it yourself kit from office depot.

The real issue for homosexuals, and homosexual lawyers, is the legitimacy that a homosexual divoce degree gives to the marriage.

Lamda legal is going to have cross state divorces in order to impose homosexual marriage recognition on other states.

This is a good time to support and push the FMA. The federal marriage amendment says what marriage IS. The FMA also prohibits any other polygamy, incest, or non-sentient marriage. It is not anti-homosexual, it is pro-children.
