Competitions were held for four types of camels?
I thought there were only two types: one hump or two.
Anybody know what the other two are?

Well, I know there are racing camels and pack camels.
I had a long and interesting talk with a fellow from Pakistan selling ties from a pushcart in the mall. He was a professional camel racer back home. He described the various types of camels to me, but I only remember those two.
It makes sense, because race horses and pack horses have very different body types, temperaments, and bloodlines. And if we get really technical, there must be at least a dozen different types of horses . . . so why not camels?

I remember when David Letterman had a woman on who had eaten a lot of camel in her day and said it tasted great - particularly the hump. She then asked Dave if he's ever had the hump of a camel. He said no, but when he was younger, he was pretty good...
One of my favorite Letterman moments...

They have them here for cattle, goats, sheep - they are called county and state fairs.
Not to mention dog and cat shows.
I have been to all the above, wouldn't mind seeing a camel show.
