Other than flip-flopping on abortion, selling out to Gore, getting ex-communicated from his Temple, lying to the American public about "the richest 1%" and "Bush stole the election," ya, I guess he is responsible.
I would agree with you regarding this statement on Rumsfeld, but his performance while running with al gore was flip flop after flip flop.He is not the freak Kerry is though.
