One more thing....He could have set up his business name as something entirely different(ficticious) and used it for his license,taxes.etc.,, and then used the "Prometheus" name as a subsidiary.Nothing out of the ordinary and not illegal if he indeed used his "true" business name on contracts,insurance apps.,tax i.d.,etc,..
