Why have female guards in a male prison?

I'm not to sure about that on two counts; 1) that the general is a "woman," and 2) she was actually running the place (incompetent)

Not sure what form the military's 'affirmative action' program takes, but your statement is similiar to the implications being floated the such behavior is widespread among our forces. I don't believe for a moment that it is. Do you?
