Did not appear to me there was any polorizing debate taking place, if that is what you mean. What did you mean?
I was wondering down the road to California state flowers are ready to pick a band to play in the sand at the beach.
Ping for a hedonist that at least knows how to define these terrorists.
I guess it takes a rock star to finally get through to the mesmorized sheeple masses . .
He's a nice Jewish boy.
Although it was a friendly audience, I was talking with the fellas(Including a police officer) at the gun store the other day and we all agreed that if we keep giving the country away to these Muhammadans, we may end up with our own version of Fallujah right here in America, where good citizens may have to defend thier own houses since the government does not seem willing to stop the flow of Islamists into the country.
And he speaks 5 languages I think.
Let's Roll Tour 2004
Mojo Nixon's song "Don Henley Must Die" is one of my all time favorites.
Flash:
Actually, it was the Allman Brothers Band before it was the Greg Allman Band. Perhaps the greatest guitar combo band that ever played together. Check out the Allman Brothers Band "Live at the Fillmore East" (1971 release) for some of the most amazing, intense guitar licks ever put onto vinyl.
Don't forget the Marshall Tucker Band and the Charlie Daniels Band. Charlie Daniels is a great American who is bound by faith but not afraid to speak out in defense of the US.
randog:
ROFLMAO!!!
I remember WTF. Weren't they known as "World Turtle Federation"? At any rate they were probably not the last one.
"I was just waxing philosophically about the great bands of the 70s:"
Derek and the Dominoes;
Fleetwood Mac;
The Eagles;
Marshall Tucker Band;
Jethro Tull;
Moody Blues;
Allman Brothers Band.
Just to name a few.
OK. The Islamabombers are evil. But you're really really evil. Now I can't get that song out of my head!
Ms Carland said she had two degrees, was doing her honours and "certainly do not walk behind my husband".
I sure hope Mzzzz. Carland clutches those two degrees to her chest as she is led, burkha'd, down on to the soccer pitch the day after the Islamic revolution comes to Australia.
Well, you know, I suppose he's perhaps painted with too broad a brush. Not all Muslims adhere to the primitive aspects of their religion's more fundamentalist interpretations.
Nevertheless, it is disingenuous to pretend, with feigned outrage, that his criticisms are completely invalid. Certainly, a cursory glance at much of the majority Muslim world shows that the problems he points to do indeed exist. And the imams we see in the West, do tend towards the kind of fundamentalism and extremism he is criticizing.
One more note: I sympathize with those who, raised from birth as Muslims, only wish to live in peace, and respect their right to practice their faith...however, in my admittedly biased view, a Westerner, and in particular a woman, who would turn from Christianity (or Judaism) to Islam, particularly in these times, would seem to me to be suffering from a mental disorder.
The AWB thread? That was about the most pathetic defense of gun-grabbing I've ever seen, and that's saying a lot.
