I'm not surprised. He's going to exploit this father for all he is worth and it doesn't appear like that is much. The father is another Bush hating, irresponsible liberal who will probably be thrilled to level more mud at Bush and blame him for his own sons stupidity. The more that surfaces on his son the more he appears to be ridiculous with his utopian philosophy which of course was taught at home.

But .. as FOX keeps adding to their comments, Nick Berg was a Bush supporter and went to Iraq because he was also in support of the mission in Iraq. Too bad the father doesn't understand that. I also saw on FOX, another person in Iraq who was Nick's neighbor at the hotel. He said Nick had no fear and was not concerned for his safety. The guy said that at 26, most young men feel the same.

So, I think Nick just saw an opportunity to make some great money and help with the Iraq effort. If his youth kept him from being concerned for his safety, I wouldn't necessarily call that reckless or stupid.

But .. I resent the fact that his family believes Nick was the responsibility of the govt. The govt DIDN'T SEND HIM TO IRAQ. HE WENT THERE ON HIS OWN. The very fact they were willing to give him a flight home, should make the father feel ashamed of himself. Nick had a choice .. the govt is not responsible for that choice.
