The picture at the bridge - OM, he really is dressed and has shoes and socks on. That could be underwear, but it looks like a shir with sleeves. Of course AQ is of a different mind but why dress him?
The picture of the body on the bridge isn't Berg, apparently....someone stated earlier it was from the invasion of Iraq.
It's not him so the point of re-dressing him is irrelevant.
