Does anybody remember discussion when the tape first came out about the time signature on the tape not being exactly chronological?

I think the point was there was a lapse in the tape. I can't remember where I read it, maybe somebody else remembers.

According to this AP story:

The video is of poor quality, and its time stamp seems to show an 11-hour lapse between when the assailants finish their statement and push Berg down, to when they behead him. That suggests a delay between those two portions of tape posted on the Web site.

I remember, because I told my friend when I read it. It went from 2 something to 13 something. Wonder what was edited out. Another strange aspect.
