Forgot which post#, but on this
thread a news background story on
Berg was posted. It said prior to
Iraq he spent time in Uganda or
something like that, helping poor
people build houses I believe it
was. Returned home quite thin, &
explained that he shared much of
his food with the people he was
helping.

Didn't anyone but me read it?

The beard & longer hair(making it
look darker) are explained by his
wandering around & not grooming.

But I agree with the oddity of
this story.

Thing is, the person in the clip doesn't seem just thinner. He's smaller. You don't get shorter from lack of food. Also, he'd been working in the US up to a couple of days before he went to Iraq the last trip, and for some time. Not starving.

But most telling: you'd have to explain how the shape of his skull changed.

I don't think it's Berg in the videoclip.
