I am not comforted that CIA means other than Catastrophe Is Assured.

Ann might query PIPA, NPR and the other putzheads: where did the chemicals for the thwarted Amman chem attack come from?

After all, its captured perps confessed they were TRAINED IN IRAQ.

I think simple bureaucratic inertia and CYA explain why the CIA is still poo-pooing the Prague Atta meeting.

Same deal with the FBI and John Doe 2, and the OKC/Iraq connection.
