We caught that one too. It's amazing because there were some veiled anti-Bush statements in the last few weeks but this one on Hillary was pretty blatant.Joss is a self-described "liberal." Personally, my guess is Hillary's too far to the right for him.

Joss is a self-described "liberal." Personally, my guess is Hillary's too far to the right for him. That's what I thought, as well, and I figured that this Senatrix they introduced tonight was supposed to be, at worst, Diane Feinstein, or Barbara Boxer, although I thought at the time that it was much more likely that she was supposed to be either a lowly California State Senator, or maybe a Republican like Kay Bailey Hutchinson.
But then her opponent turned out to be a flag waving Republican type, she blurted out that she intended to become president in 2008, and finally she showed up as a member of the Circle of the Black Thorn.
Whoa baby, life is too good tonight!!!

Like the South Park guys, if you have a libertarian bent, you aren't really a liberal OR a conservative as the label is normally defined in this country, which makes it hard to identify a political affiliation.

I remember now - it was the Italian Wolfram-Hart babe's comment about how the Americans are so quick to fight when there have problems. I did get a kick out of her spitting every time she mentioned Gypsies: "Gypsies!! Pffffehhh!!!" I guess the Romany are still an OK target in our PC times.
