...In early 2003 ..Westminster and then Garden Grove CA ..both invalidated the Communist Vietnam Flag by officially designating the Free Flag of Vietnam for their Vietnamese-American Communities to fly at their own Official Events.

...Last night I applauded the GARDEN GROVE Mayor and City Council for its leadership on this Issue for the rest of the country to follow. I was blessed to also speak on the Free Flag of Vietnam's behalf in GARDEN GROVE early last year.

...Since then a total of 56 Cities and 5 States so far have followed suit all across our great and free land.

GOD is Good.

NEVER FORGET

How interesting you'd mention GARDEN GROVE as being your hometown. It's mine too. In fact, as I speak before the City Council I do so right across the street from the GG High School auditorium where I played the role of Grandpa Vanderhoff in the Jr. Class Play's version of...

..'You Can't Take it With You"

I was also a GARDEN GROVE City Councilman for a day on Youth Day in 1959.

Just before I graduated I was asked to crown Comedian STEVE MARTIN as King of our 1st Freshman Class Dance.

I guess some of us just peak a little early..?

While STEVE MARTIN was busy nailing MICHAEL MOORE inside at the Oscars last year in time of war ..we Freepers were right outside doing the same thing in front of the world's media.

GOD is Good.

Vietnamese-American City Councilman and Attorney VAN TRAN was the spirit and Co-Author behind GARDEN GROVE's 'Communist-Free Zone' Resolution. VAN TRAN is now the 1st Vietnamese-American to become a City Councilman in U.S. History.

This November VAN TRAN is poised to become the 1st Vietnamese-American to become a member of a State Legislature in U.S. History. He will then again be the highest ranking Vietnamese-American Official elected in U.S. History.
