I found it fast paced and exciting. The Illumanti was his first fiction and he didn't add a lot of words to describe or explain things. It was short and to the point. I read it one summer when my kids were young, and they were splashing in Congressman Ron Paul's pool. (he has a pool out in the country and anyone can pay a fee and use it)
