He was detained by Iraqi police, and turned over to our soldiers and held for a number of days.
He was released on April 6th.
No reason for the detainment has been mentioned, but it seems like it was our soldiers who were holding up the process.

not a challenge... just a request.
I got one article saying the FBI was questioning his family... and that "officials" in "mosul" were holding him... but NONE that state he was then turned over to our soldiers for holding.
