I do not know why, but I recall opening of the trial when Milosevic presented pictures of beheaded Serbs and Judge May said that is irrelevant. Milosevic said:

This is all Clinton's doing and the blame for this terrorism in Madrid, Kosovo, Baghdad and many other parts is his appeasement of the Osama's friends.
