Let's see. It wouldn't have happened if the SECDEF and the POTUS INSISTED that all prisoners BE ACCORDED GENEVA CONVENTIONS RIGHTS...If we would have TRADED some of those poor abuse prisoners for Mr. BERG he would be alive today.....The HORRIBLE abuses to the Iraqi prisoners RESULTED in Mr. Berg being beheaded. So where the rubber meets the road it is the SECDEF and the POTUS that caused this beheading.
