I missed that...it may be that that was alleged and Tabuba acknowledged the accusation.
I am not aware it is fact and will be dismayed if it is true.
Inhofe praising Rumsfeld to the skies and notes McCain has left the room and he does not think he intimidated Rumsfeld the other day.
Inhofe cites the "Undue Command Influence" angle (which is significant to the hissy fits dems have cited as to why didn't Rumsfeld and even the president pour over these pictures before and notify Congress).
He asks Taguba to verify the undue command influence concept. Taguba not a lawyer, so hems and haws so Inhofe moves to Smith---Smith affirms Taguba was brought in with that policy in mind.
