I'm not kidding.....you are the one with the problem here, not me.
If exposure to smoke is as "unnatural, abnormal, and harmful" as you claim I assume you burn nothing and are never exposed to anything that is burned. No grilling, no fireplaces, no automobiles, no hot food of any sort...................I seriously doubt that.
Get a grip. Smoking is a habit I choose to engage in, the fact you don't share the same past time is of no consequence to me.
I try my best to avoid as much as possible anyone that is bothered by my cigarette smoke. I just wish those people would put the same effort into trying to avoid me.

(Ted Kennedy's car has killed more people than second hand smoke.)

Your comments to me basically substantiate my theory that smoking kills off brain cells. When you put your hand on a hot surface, you recoil (instinct, built right in); when you are faced with side-stream, or second-hand, or whatever name you wish to give to it, smoke, your natural instinct is to recoil, cough, or escape it. None of this happens when near cooking smoke and some of the other "smoke" you mentioned. Burning of chemicals and other harmless things, of course, one might experience the same thing.
Instead of giving me a hard time, why don't you focus that energy on giving up that nasty, smelly habit of yours and admit that, while you may enjoy it, it is very likely killing you. Furthermore, you are an addict and the moment you cease to smoke, you are in withdrawal. All of your vitals change correspondingly - blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, etc. I worked in the medical field for years and have read enough studies, publications, and other health-related journals regarding the ill effects of smoking to know that "it's bad."
