hey, That guy with the please don't hurt me T is from CT (I'm the CT Coord for SAS). He told me that he went over to the MMM to infilterate for a little while, and some lady gushed over that shirt and wanted to know where she could get one. Honest to God. Dom (that's the guy's name) said he about died. The giving stuff away guy loved the shirt too, and filled his hands with CD's, videos, water, etc. It was just way too funny.
This link is to a website that was put together after the rally.
http://www.thefreedomshoppe.net/saferrallyforsas/ He is another of my Connecticut people. He did a great job, and I want to give credit where credit is due. I'm very proud of my little state. We may look very liberal to the rest of the country, but we have our little pockets of resistance. The women with the "cold dead hands" sign are from CT, too. The ironic thing is, I never actually met them, and I made that sign the night before. How funny is that?
Thanks for all ya'all do.
Jen

I live in the SF Bay Area, and am surrounded by tens of thousands of people just like these two mooks -- well-educated, comfortable White liberal baby-boomers who have absolutely no sense of irony or absurdity, and who genuinely believe that wearing their cringing wimpiness on their sleeves will protect them from harm. They're pathetic, and the source of much private and public mirth for the hard Left, moderates and conservatives alike.
Hi Jen,
Tell your friend Dom his shirt is a hit. When I was at the MMM rally I spoke with the "free stuff guy" as well, he was a pretty nice person. He said "take as much water as you want! Take a whole case if you can walk away with it!"
Tempting, but it WAS about 10-15 blocks back to the SAS rally!
;-)
Flashbunny, how many shirt designs do you have? I have been making a couple up in Photoshop over the winter, is that what you use?
