I'd say any politician unwise enough to leave a message like this in an election year has waived his right to privacy. What's he going to say?
"I didn't say it"? He did.
"I was misquoted"? He's on tape.
"It was taken out of context"? The entire message is on tape.
"I didn't know I was being recorded"? You should have thought about that before you started shooting your mouth off, idiot.
