All organizations requesting credentials from the DNCC Press Gallery must have ONE contact person complete the following online DNCC Application Form. After completing this form, the applicant will receive a confirmation email and will be automatically directed to a confirmation page.
Attached to both the confirmation email and page, is a security form that must be completed by ALL individuals requesting credentials and mailed by the contact person to the DNCC Press Gallery. Be advised that final approval letters will only be issued to organizations that have submitted security forms by May 28, 2004.
