Thanks for being there. Mother's day has to be one of the worst times to have this march. We love and respect our mothers so much we really enjoy the day with them. I know freedom isn't free and tyranny never rests. So thank you all again and God bless you.

Thanks for the report. CNN has an article online today, but barely mentions SAS. The media coverage I saw on TV didn't mention them at all.....just told of the low turnout at the MMM event.

I had a great time at the rally. I did have to leave early, but I met a few people and I enjoyed the speakers. Thanks, Angelwood and the others, for pulling this together.

I had every intent to be there, but in the end, I just plain couldn't afford to come all the way from northern Colorado. Plus, there's that annoying little thing called 'work'...
Still proud to have been part of the first one, though. Still have my 'Algore demonstrates his knowledge of firearms safety' sign, signed by John Lott, Suzanna Hupp and Larry Klayman.
And yes, during our march to the Capitol, someone actually did tell me if he had a gun he'd shoot me.

With the exception of a MMM t-shirt wearing woman who got on an elevator with a SASter and told her she wished she had a gun so she could shoot the SASter, things were pretty calm between the two camps. What is it with the anti-gunners and their violent tendencies?
