Don't remember exactly who it was, my thinking is it was the head of the National Guard, but he passed this on to some people on his office computer, and caught hell for it.

What is REALLY sad is that, while the actual events that are described in this agenda WILL be happening, they'll call it all something else. John F. Kerry (D-Hanoi) will demand that everything is labled something it's not.
