[history]
Very few things ever surprised the recently deceased editor of the Wall Street Journal, Bob Bartley. However, I know of one first hand. When the first amendment rights of the American Spectator were trampled by the Clinton administration, specifically via a melodramatic grand jury investigation, almost no one from the press paid any attention.

It is so-o-o-o obvious what is going on down there: Rush has not apologized. Everybody else is. Oh, goodness, I'm sorry I brought that up.

Your innuendo is not clear to me - try talking straight to your audience rather than out of the side of your mouth.
What are you saying - ?

Rush is a Republican. Rush supports President Bush.
Rush is extensively quoted about his views on politics, even at White House press conferences.
Liberals are out to get all conservatives, especially the prominent ones.
Most of the prominent Republicans have been apologizing in the last few days for this, that or the other.
The poster's joke is that, since Rush hasn't apologized, the left is after him. They'd be after him anyway.
And as for your request, how about you ask a polite question instead of your snide words?
Turn hard to port and sail away.

Another Rush basher. They just can't stand it when Rush is right. For the record, he has nothing to apologize for. He hasn't done anything wrong. Addiction is not illegal if you're not doctor shopping.
whadizit,
He's corrected it and moved on. Get over your moment of bliss and move on as well.
