I had my neighbor try it and loads-no problem, but they are on broadband also. I don't know what your connection speed is, you might have to let it sit for a few minutes to fully load.
You may need to update your adobe acrobat, one loaded with V5 and the other V6.
I have to run out for a few and will check back with you as soon as I return. If nothing else you can freepmail me and I'll email it to you directly or pc93 could as well. It would be best if we can solve the problem so that the docs get the most visibility on the internet.
thanks

Basically you need to right click on the link and "save as" to your local drive. It will save and when it is complete you can view the pdf with greater ease. I believe it was showing blanks in that it was still downloading while you were viewing and since you had a slow connection and the file is 4mb that it was causing the blank pages while downloading was not complete.

I have V4, so I do need an update. I'm on a 56K dialup, and it seems that webpages have been loading very slowly for the last 15 minutes or so, and therefore, I don't have time to look into this now.
I'll try to do this later, and I agree that it's very important to make sure the document has the widest possible net visibility.

My problem is the same as Lauren's, as I described earlier. I'm on cable (broadband) modem, so that's not the issue. My Acrobat reader is up to date.
I'll just message pc93, no problem at all!
Thanks!
