How do you know that Terri Shiavo doesn't want to die?

How do you know she does? That is the far more pertinent question.

Do you believe Schiavo?

And as I pointed out previously: So what?

Even if she wanted to die, it would be an evil crime, in the purest sense of the word, for anyone to deprive her of food and hydration to make it come to pass.

We just don't kill our sick. Not yet, thank God.

Don't you think the fact that Terri is still alive is a statement from her that she wants to live?

You have not adequately responded to that question.
