How does one logically arrive at 50/50? We know zero about what Terri wants. So there has to be an equal chance she wants to live as she wants to die. To load it either way from the center is to assume you know something about what she wants. And nobody does.

Suicide is illegal and immoral too, notwithstanding the Left's semi-successful efforts to make such niceties a thing of the past, and acceptable in the minds of otherwise sane people like yourself.

You seem to have fallen for the fallacy that food and hydration are somehow 'heroic measures'.
Try depriving your pets or your livestock of food and hydration.
It'll earn you a nice stay in 'the Graybar Hotel'.

We know zero about what Terri wants. You are wrong. If Terri Schiavo really wanted to die, with all the attempts that have been made to kill her(including the last attempt when she was denied nourishment and water for seven or eight days), she would have done so.
Through her fighting spirit, Terri has told us again and again she wants to live.

To load it either way from the center is to assume you know something about what she wants. And nobody does. I know what Terri wants. She wants her mother. I'll bet she also wants a nice fat pastrami on rye with extra pickles, and a vanilla milkshake to wash it down. Dude, they starved her for 6 days and she didn't die. That should tell you something.
