Byrd says he'll put his timeline in the record against Rumsfeld's and see who is borne out (duh--Rumsfeld's already documented to be correct)I'd like to see Byrd's timeline paired up in the record with the CentCom memo of January 16, 2004, announcing to the world allegations of prisoner abuse.
