Weldon's comments were interesting..especially the one about a transferred platoon leader who's an aid to a sitting memebr of congress..HUH???I missed that. Huh,indeed.
CSPAN has Rumsfeld at the open door of his car and reporters still asking questions. Someone just asked about the prison being razed and he said (again) he thinks it's up to the Iraqi people.

Weldon's district includes sveral members of the accused company..he spoke with one SSGT who said that in Dec, he files a complaint with his CO about abuses at the prison, but the guy wasn't contacted by anyone from CID until YESTERDAY....FWIW, INHO, Karpinski's TOAST

Re the prison being razed, it was severely looted last year, and has been totally redone by the coalition. I bet the Iraqis will not choose to tear it down.
