What I can't understand is this.... Why all this self-righeous indignation about Congress not being informed. ? What is so hard to understand about, it came to our attention in January and we began an investigation. There isn't anything much to tell until the criminal invstigations are finished. That would be comparable to convening a Grand Jury before you had a suspect.

Particularly when you consider that 5 hot minutes after any information was given to Congress, it would have been promptly leaked!!
