It kills me that these grandstanding congressmen act as if they have just heard about the offenses within the week. If I recall correctly, Bret Baier reported on this story back in January on Brit Hume's show. I believe he stated that there were incidents such as the ones in the spotlight this week, that there were photographs, and that there was an investigation that had begun.
