That is already in the Pentagon Report. I defer to your knowledge on that, but I wasn't aware that there were pictures/videos depicting murder and rape. That was new info to me.
The report doesn't specifically say that there are photos or video, but says that Prisoner deaths and sex with prisoners was part of the investigation.
