as it seems, liberal sites have no such restrictions from the vast majority of the very liberal press,

that is a big issue, it seems to me.

Then, there's the whole issue of FAIR USE being shredded in practice.

Given the crucial nature of a TRULY FREE PRESS to the health of FREEDOMS and our REPUBLIC in general, it may well be nigh past time for a conservative public interest law org to take this on.
