When Ernest flagged me about this story. My first thought was the Oregon 7 and a possible connection.

Then it turns out he was some how connected with them in a "legal" manner. In otherwords, Oregon tax payers probably paid him to plan more terrorism while he consulted with them. Shermy found that little bit of info within minutes.
