Doesn't mean he actually went to Spain...but does clearly show a DIRECT LINK to the bombing. I would assume he had contact with someone who went to Spain. If so, we have work to do here in Portland. Also, it is my opinion that the FBI is paying lots of attention to ALL cities, such as Portland, that have decided not to follow the Patriot Act. These cities apparently are willing to prevent in any way possible access to locals who may not have the best interests of the USA as their top priority.

Well, I know they say "past performance is not an indication of future results," but if you're looking for terrorists, Portland, Oregon, is a pretty good place to look.

It would be interesting to find out if the cities that forbade their law officials to co-operate with the feds were simply doing it out of liberal spite or if some of the officials involved actually were in bed with these terrorists.(literally, not just simpathetically). Perhaps some of these terrorists have their own versions of the "900 FBI" files on some of these politico's.

Come to think of it...we tend to look over seas for terrorist head-quarters, perhaps the IED's and other bombs are being made over here and shipped out. Proverbs talks about the "spiders that make their homes in King's throne rooms." Perhaps the center for world terrorism is right here in the US under our noses. Bin Ladin talked about dying a martyr's death in the "center of the eagle". Start eyeing your Muslim neighbors and mosques, note who goes in and out and PC attitudes about "profiling" be damned. Watch for the caucasians going in and out as well.
