Right about the d-head part, but remember: the Middle East is ALREADY a flippin' desert! How many thousands of years have these people had to develop something approaching a modern culture? Instead, a good portion of their people live the same way they did in 2004BC. The only land in the region worth a damn is Israel, which was turned into a productive thriving society in just a blip of historical time. Giving Mohammed a nuclear high colonic might be just, but would only turn sand to glass.
