I agree, it's not likely. We would need prove of government involvement, before we did that.

However, one more attack on the U.S. and any additional states supporting terrorism are fair game for conventional war. Syria could easily be taken out. So could Iran. Another attack would give America the political will to do.

We don't have the hosses to fight a billion Muslims in a conventional war. It will have to be nuclear. So be it.
