I've come to realize that from the vantage point the president has he has an ability to see the bigger picture. We only get bits and pieces of a larger puzzle.

There are those who come to this board when there's the least bit of unrest (blood in the water) with the Republican party and uses our criticism to feed their hatred of the President.

One thing this issue of the photos/abuse has brought out is that the Republican party is also disjointed and doesn't have a strong voice in the media to bring perspective or balance.

The time when we have Sean and Rush saying things like the president is finished if he apologizes is not what we need. Nor Brit Hume bringing on "experts" who supposedly master in damage control. We need their strong voices to back the president and show how it could benefit in the longterm. But no, even conservative voices rises with the critics to keep this going against the president.

But if something was done that requires an apology, might there also be a need for somebody to lose their job??

Also, an apology only emboldens our Leftists at home. I think yesterday was enough. I think that amounted to an apology--he didn't have to go any further, but I am over it and moving on. I just hope he doesn't get rid of Rummy.
